All Private, Semi-Private and Virtual Sessions Include the following:

Private/Semi-Private/Virtual Personal Training

Training sessions include whole body strength training, cardiovascular endurance, core integrity, balance, coordination and flexibility.  All sessions are customized and include setting up or modifying a workout and fitness routine based upon the participant’s fitness needs and goals. 

Small Group Training

Small Group Training:
Receive all the same great benefits from a private or semi-private session but at an affordable rate. Must have 3-5 participants

Sport Performance Training

Sessions include sport specific agility and speed drills, plyometric, strength, balance and core training and stretching.  This will help gain that competitive edge and build confidence.

Ages 8 and up

Nutrition Assessment

Discussion of current eating habits, weight loss goals, food log compliance, recipes, and healthy eating strategies.

This service is included with a purchase of private, semi-private or small group training package.
