 Private: 45 minute – $60 / 60 minute – $75

 Semi-Private (2 participants): 45 minute – $40 pp / 60 minute – $50 pp

Hybrid Training Option

Hybrid Training combines in-home workouts with online training through an app. This approach allows for a personal connection with additional customized online workouts along with nutrition tracking and habit coaching which are available for an additional $75 per month

Personal training packages include fitness planning, nutrition assessment and monthly measurements.

Virtual Training

Online 1/1 Personal Training Session: 40 Minutes: 10 Sessions for $369

Small Group Training (60 Minutes) 3-5 Participants


5 Sessions / $200 pp ($40 per session)
10 Sessions / $300 pp ($30 per session)
